The location is great. It is near a Carrefour for water. The front desk stored my luggage after I checked out. The room featured a safe for valuables. The rooftop pool was open .
The hallway carpets looked worn in places. It need an update.

The location was convenient. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The room I booked was quite small. The bed was uncomfortable (it was like sleeping on a trampoline).

i liked the central location near the main attractions the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations the hotel provided toiletries from rituals which was a nice touch the breakfast selection was extensive with many options available each morning.
the hallway carpets showed signs of wear and could use some updating.

The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape during hot days with comfortable sun loungers available there also was a bar area on the roof. It offered drinks and snacks until late evening providing convenience and relaxation.

The reception staff offered efficient check in service. They provided useful information about local attractions and transport options the breakfast staff maintained a clean environment. They were quick to replenish food items during peak hours ensuring constant availability.
